Frequently Asked Questions
You can either ship all of the swag directly to our warehouse or you can purchase swag through us. When you want to send a snack box, you'll have the option to choose which swag (if any) you'd like to put in.
We need your swag in house 20 days prior to the event date, or 10 days prior to us shipping the first box.
Absolutely. Just let us know in advance and we’ll keep your swag stored at our hub for your future orders.

The form will gather information on whether you're buying the swag through SwagMagic or sending it to us, when you'd like your box to be delivered to recipients, and what their email addresses are. We'll then email your recipients, gather their physical address and apparel sizes if appropriate, and seamlessly send them your swag!
$25 covers the picking, packing, taxes, and shipping for up to 10 pieces of swag to each of your recipients. Each additional piece of swag in the box is $3. Additional freight charge of $50 per recipient will apply if you want to send your swag from the US to international recipients. There is no additional charge if you ship swag from our Global Swag Shop.
There's currently no fees to store swag with us. However, after 3 months of inactivity, we will ask if we should discard or ship the swag back to you.
We’ll store your swag safely in our warehouse and you’ll have complete access to view and manage your inventory. We’ll send you notifications when you’re running low on stock as well as when you sell out of your inventory.
There is no minimum. Easily send out 1 box or 10,000 boxes!

Yup! Just fill out this spreadsheet where you’ll list your recipient’s physical addresses and any apparel sizes if necessary. Email the form to hi@swagmagic.com and we’ll do the rest!
Once we’ve received your swag, we can get it packed within 1-3 days and delivered 2-7 days later (international may need a longer lead time).

Absolutely! When you go through the ordering process, you'll be asked if you want to include snacks in your swag box. From there, your recipients will receive access to our SnackMagic portal and can make their selection based on your allowance.

Nope! We have on-demand products on the Swag Shop that have no minimum order quantity.
Our premium products do have order minimums, starting at 12 units.

We can customize the message to your recipients, their digital experience (landing page and menu) ($2), include a custom note within the box ($3), and brand the box ($4). Photos, specs, and other information on customizing the recipient’s experience can be found here.
Credit cards are preferred as it’s the most seamless experience, but we can accept payment via ACH as well. If you want to pay via ACH, please email hi@snackmagic.com.
