Frequently Asked Questions
Either ship us all of the swag you already purchased directly to our warehouse in New York City or purchase swag through SwagMagic. When you want to send a snack box, you'll have the option to choose which swag (if any) you'd like to put in. It’s an additional $3 per swag item per box.
Please deliver your swag to our New York City warehouse 20 days prior to your event date or 10 days prior to us shipping the first box.

We’ll store your swag safely in our warehouse, whether you send it to us or purchase from us. You’ll have complete access to view and manage your inventory. We’ll send you notifications when you’re running low on stock as well as when you sell out of your inventory. Plus, you can easily place restock orders with just the click of a button!
There is no minimum. We offer both on-demand swag items with no minimum order quantities and premium products that have order minimum quantities.
