These hexagonal patches measure 3" x 2" and come with a heat-seal backing for straightforward application. Simply follow our temperature and pressure guidelines for a secure bond that lasts.
Customize your leatherette patch with either DTF printing or engraving methods. For best application results:
- Temperature: 270 degrees
- Pressure: Medium
- Time: 10-12 seconds
- Focus heat directly on the leatherette
- Test positioning with clear plastic or use vector cut mask as placement guides
- Settings may need adjustment depending on your heat press brand and model
- For cleaning (rarely needed): use a small amount of LA Awesome on a microfiber towel
