Either ship us all of the swag you already purchased directly to our warehouse in New York City or purchase swag through SwagMagic.  When you want to send a snack box, you'll have the option to choose which swag (if any) you'd like to put in.  It’s an additional $3 per swag item per box.

Please deliver your swag to our New York City warehouse 20 days prior to your event date or 10 days prior to us shipping the first box.

It’s super easy! 

1. Visit SwagMagic.com and click on Get Started.  
2. Select how you would like to use SwagMagic.  Options include:  
   a. Build Swag Store:  Give recipients a stipend to visit your branded swag store and select their favorite items.
   b. Build A Swag Kit:  Pick what all recipients will get in their swag boxes.
   c. Purchase Bulk Swag:  We have access to thousands of products.  Store your swag with us for future redemptions or we can ship everything to 1 location.
3. Follow the flow of the respective selection, and it will take ~3 minutes to place your order.

We’ll store your swag safely in our warehouse, whether you send it to us or purchase from us.  You’ll have complete access to view and manage your inventory.  We’ll send you notifications when you’re running low on stock as well as when you sell out of your inventory.  Plus, you can easily place restock orders with just the click of a button!

There is no minimum. Easily send out 1 box or 10,000 boxes!  We offer both on-demand swag items that have no minimum order quantities as well premium products that do have order minimum quantities.
