Our marketing department lives and breathes for every version of this book and movie, and we're all just along for the ride. Because of this obsession, we knew that Get to Know Your Customers Day 2024 would undoubtedly revolve heavily around Willy Wonka. 

First, the marketing team asked when is Get to Know Your Customers Day, and then they took off planning. We could see there was no stopping them as they began making detailed outlines for National Consumer Day and how they could tie Willy Wonka into every aspect.

However, we understood that most people love Willy Wonka, and everyone loves free stuff, so (like another episode of the office) we took the golden ticket stance on learning more about our customers and encouraging them to engage with our company on various levels!

So, if not a little begrudgingly (after all, a golden ticket scheme did not work out for Regional Manager Michael Scott), we agreed to get on board with the marketing team, trusting their advertising instincts to lead us in the right direction.
